Appointment inquiries
The appointment form prepares a WhatsApp message using the details you enter. You choose whether to send that message in WhatsApp. Do not include medical records or sensitive details that are unnecessary for scheduling. WhatsApp processes messages under its own terms and privacy policy.
Newsletter requests
If configured, the newsletter form sends your email address to Web3Forms for delivery to the clinic. A successful request is shown only when that service acknowledges it. Contact the clinic to ask about subscription status or to request removal.
External services
The site uses Google Fonts and an embedded Google Map, which may receive your IP address and browser information when loaded. Links to social networks and hospital websites are governed by their respective policies. Hosting providers may retain ordinary request logs for operation and security.
Your questions and choices
Contact the clinic about access, correction or deletion of information you have sent. The clinic must confirm applicable retention periods and any records it must retain. This site does not request online payment for appointments.
